Oh a mini-series. I thought they were announcing C4 already and I was surprised it’s so quick. Would be interesting to see Daggerheart in a slightly longer game, rather than the one shots we’ve had so far.

Not that I know of. I do think the 7-simul method might be interesting to learn but I haven’t spent much time on it
Yeah I thought it is doing well. Reviews have been pretty good and word of mouth seems to be decent as well. This is 100% a spoiler for those who haven’t watched it. I did think it’s quite soon from its release to them revealing it publicly like this though
Yeah it could be, but it might be dependent on which cases too maybe? I don’t even know how many OLLs I know/don’t know since I’ve stopped learning new ones a while back. What’s funny is I thought I knew most of OLLs so I considered myself 2.5LLL and then when I actually counted I’ve only learned about half, so maybe for that person that counts as 3LLL.
I just learned the ones that were easier to identify first. So maybe if that other cuber decided to learn ones that give them better efficiency, or higher probability of being used, then maybe you can shave off a bit of time.
How are you enjoying clock? The only reason I decided to buy one was because I was waiting around during a comp between rounds and this guy sat at the table I was at with a bunch of puzzles. I asked him about clock and he said beginner’s is really simple and just taught be the concept right there and there. I’m still quite slow on it but I love that I can just solve a new puzzle that quickly.
Interesting. I’ve never tried any clock other than the QiYi one so I honestly don’t know how weak/strong the magnets are compared to others. All I know is most cubers in comps I see are using QiYi so I just assumed that’s the good one and bought it.
Yep, at my best I was sub-13 with a 7s PB, and I don’t know full OLL so I consider myself 2.5-3LLL. I’m not particularly efficient or have high TPS so I think it’s entirely possible
Might wanna set your shelves to not allow rotten then. No point getting your pawns hauling them in if they’re already rotten upon death
Oh wow. I didn’t know it was this bad. I was planning to vote 1 for them cos they’re the only left minor party other than Greens where I am. I guess I have to rely on Greens and Labor instead.
No worries! I thought I was just dumb and couldn’t find it in your post lol. Great post, thanks for the timestamps!
Agree with Muse. I think that’s the most disappointing point in a strong season for me. Muse is an interesting and creepy villain, but his story ended so quickly
Definitely ended strong. And that was way more gruesome than I expected (or even wanted tbh)
Can’t wait for season 2 and the Punisher special
Why do you think so?
My megaminx time has slowed from 1:45ish back up to 2 mins 🥲
I know I haven’t been cubing much, but my 3x3 time has been pretty stable. Everything else though…
Mind blown. Sub-3 this year is looking more and more likely.
“While some choose to seek out the negative, I’ve always believed in focusing on the positive,” Jones wrote. “I understand the impulse to address what might be seen as cultural insensitivity, but calling it a ‘mistake’ would dismiss the impact it had on countless people around the world who found inspiration and representation in TV’s first Black superhero — morphin’ into none other than the Black Power Ranger! It wasn’t a mistake; it was a milestone. It was an honor.”
🙋♀️ grew up with a religious mother, went to church every Sunday, did bible study and got baptized as a teenager. Then I went to college and continued reading the Bible on my own. Without anyone else shaping/interpreting what I read, I quickly disagreed with the text. It was interesting to see how much the church’s interpretation can differ from your own when reading the same text
I was studying computer science then, and I’m working as a software engineer now, so probably just as expected. Probably thought I would have gotten married and had kids younger but otherwise life has been…boring
One thing I noticed about them when I was visiting Perth is how silent they are. When people are using them on footpaths, I as a pedestrian had almost no indication that there’s one about to pass from behind unless the rider speaks up. So turning or stopping on footpaths felt quite dangerous. Almost got hit by one when I was trying to walk into a shop and someone whizzed by. Maybe if they’re more common around Sydney I’d learn how to notice them better but that experience scared me a bit.
